A payment team behind your business
One integration brings your processors together. Use a branded checkout, route payments with your rules, and manage transactions in one dashboard — while keeping your existing processor relationships.
A traditional gateway sends your transaction to one provider. If that provider says
no — because of the card type, the issuing country, a risk flag, or a technical hiccup — the sale is lost.
Your customer sees “payment failed,” closes the tab, and you absorb the loss.

A single provider declines. The customer leaves. With NexaPay, eligible soft declines can cascade to another connected processor — without asking your customer to start again.

A single provider charges you one rate for everything. NexaPay weighs cost against performance and routes each eligible transaction to a more efficient path.

When one provider goes down, your business needs another route. NexaPay can reroute eligible payments to a healthy connected processor.
NexaPay evaluates each payment — the card, the country, the currency, the amount,
your connected providers’ performance, and their cost — to choose an eligible route.
If a soft decline occurs, cascading can try the next route.
Decisions made on live data, not a static list. The best connected provider for this payment.
Route traffic using recent approval performance for each payment profile.
A soft decline triggers a retry on the next eligible processor. No payment details to re-enter.
Spread traffic across connected providers to stay within limits and manage risk.
Weigh cost against performance on every transaction and choose an efficient route.
Design routing rules by amount, currency, card scheme, and country. Keep control of each route.

Use approval rates and decline reasons
to find your next improvement.

Enter a few numbers about your business and explore an illustrative scenario — recovered payments, cost savings, and approval uplift — in seconds.
Illustrative assumptions: recover 20% of declines; reduce processing fees by 15% from a 2.5% baseline. Results are not guaranteed.
Enter your business figures and select “Get your estimate” to see the scenario.
This scenario assumes 20% of currently declined payments are recovered. Estimated fee savings apply a 15% reduction to a hypothetical 2.5% processing fee on your currently approved payment volume. Provider count describes your setup; it does not change these assumptions. Recovered revenue is gross and excludes processing fees. This is an illustration, not a quote or a guarantee of future performance.

NexaPay Flow
Flow brings your payment processors into one integration, with a checkout in your brand, smart routing and automatic fallbacks for eligible payments. You receive fiat through your connected processors and can choose when to convert to crypto. NexaPay Instant is our separate product for provider-hosted payments with direct crypto settlement.
Compare Instant and FlowYes. Flow is designed around your own processor and acquiring relationships. Connect your supported processors in your account and configure how payments are routed between them. Our team can help confirm the connectors your business needs.
Your customer sees a hosted checkout with your business details and the amount due. Available payment methods and billing fields depend on your configuration and connected processors. If a bank requires additional authentication, checkout guides the customer through that step.
The live checkout is designed to collect card details through a connected vault’s secure fields and pass tokens to the payment processor. Live card entry remains unavailable until that integration is configured. The sandbox uses test card details to let you review the flow without charging a real card.
Your connected processors handle payments and fiat settlement under your agreements with them. Flow coordinates checkout, routing and payment status; it does not replace those processor relationships. You can choose when to convert your fiat to crypto. Settlement options and timing depend on your processor setup.
Sign in to view the account options available for Flow. Your payment processors’ own fees still apply. NexaPay Instant has separate plans for its provider-hosted gateway; those plans do not cover Flow.
View account optionsYes. The sandbox supports test payments, processing results and bank-authentication scenarios. Going live requires your production processor and vault integrations to be configured. A successful sandbox payment does not charge a real card or move funds.
Create an account or sign in to explore Flow, configure your supported processors and test the checkout. No demo call is needed to start. For setup help, contact our support team. For an existing order, contact the merchant using the support details shown at checkout.
