This is the trading journal template I usually use.

Why this journal is good:

This journal is effective because it clearly records both what I did well and what I need to improve for the next trade.
By doing this, I can constantly stay aware of these points while trading.

Also, writing it right after trading is very important because my thoughts and emotions are still fresh.
This allows me to capture my honest and pure mindset, which helps me improve faster.
