Singapore-Based AI Trading Software Executes Over $70M in Automated Crypto Trades, Highlighting Shift Toward AI-Driven Execution
Affinity AI x BitAI — As cryptocurrency markets grow increasingly complex and fast-moving, a growing number of traders are shifting their focus away from strategy and toward AI Automation a challenge that continues to hinder many retail participants.
Singapore-based firm Affinity AI Pte. Ltd. has introduced BitAI, a fully automated AI-driven trading software designed to address what its founders describe as the “execution gap” in digital asset markets.
Since its deployment, the software has facilitated over 150,000 automated trades and supported more than $70 million in cumulative trade value across connected user accounts, according to company data.
“Most traders don’t fail because of strategy — they fail because of inconsistent execution, emotional decision-making, and lack of discipline,” said Waye Leon, co-founder of Affinity AI. “BitAI was built to remove those human variables and replace them with structured, system-driven execution.”
The platform analyzes real-time market data — including price behavior, liquidity conditions, and volatility — before executing trades based on predefined risk parameters. It also incorporates automated position sizing and portfolio-level risk controls.
As algorithmic trading becomes more prevalent, particularly among institutional participants, access to such systems has historically remained limited for retail users.
“We’re seeing a clear shift toward automation, where users are no longer trying to outguess the market manually,” said Andy Choo, founder of Affinity AI. “The focus is moving toward structured systems that can operate with consistency, speed, and discipline — capabilities that are difficult to achieve through manual trading.”
BitAI aims to bridge that gap by offering a simplified, plug-and-play approach. Users connect their exchange accounts via API, select a predefined risk profile, and allow the system to execute trades autonomously.
“Our goal was to simplify access to algorithmic trading by integrating AI-driven automation,” said Loh Rui, co-founder of Affinity AI. “By combining real-time market analysis with systematic execution, we’re enabling users to participate without the complexity traditionally associated with trading systems.”
The software operates as a non-custodial layer, meaning users retain control of their digital assets within their own exchange accounts while BitAI handles execution through API integration.
This distinction reflects a broader shift in how trading tools are being positioned moving away from custodial platforms and toward software-based solutions that enhance user control while automating decision-making.
As automation continues to gain traction, platforms like BitAI highlight an emerging trend in digital asset markets: the transition from manual trading toward fully system-driven execution.
While the long-term performance of such systems remains subject to market conditions, growing demand suggests that for many users, the priority is no longer predicting the market but executing within it efficiently.
