As NetX continues to expand its presence in Web3 payments and the global developer ecosystem, its AI capabilities and multi-chain infrastructure have gradually formed a solid foundation for asset collaboration.
To further grow our community and strengthen brand influence, the NetX DAO has decided to launch a plan designed to enable the transformation of partner project assets into NetX ecosystem assets. This initiative aims to embed both community and brand value while accelerating the integration of NetX’s technological capabilities across partner ecosystems.
Through this program, the NetX ecosystem will bridge the circulation paths between multi-chain assets and application scenarios, onboard premium projects and developers, enhance ecological supply capabilities, and achieve synergistic growth of users and resources across different ecosystems.
1. Exclusive Benefits for Participating Partners
During this accelerated expansion phase, participants in the program will gain access to the following exclusive benefits. As this is a dedicated channel, participation remains entirely optional.
- Dedicated Access Channel with Minimal Friction
Tokens can be directly integrated into the ecosystem via an exclusive partner channel, simplifying secondary market processes, reducing transaction costs, and improving overall asset efficiency. - Access Premium AI Capabilities at Preferential Rates
Participants will be able to acquire NetX AI models and designated services at exclusive pricing, enabling faster integration into the ecosystem. - Unlock Exclusive Utility — Specific rights for AI engineers
Participants will receive access to a dedicated AI Engineer task opportunity. Within a 1-month task cycle, users can earn no less than 15% APR.
2. Initial Partner Cohort
Over the recent period, we have conducted in-depth discussions and evaluations with over a dozen projects across various sectors. Adhering to the principles of “Ecosystem First” and “Community First,” the projects selected for the initial phase are our early ecosystem partners.

We will take a snapshot of relevant assets in user addresses at this specified time to determine the maximum quota eligible for integration.

> Balance Snapshot: April 23, 2026, 10:00 (UTC)The actual participation quota will be based on the snapshot results. Any transferred amounts exceeding the snapshot scope will not be included in this phase’s integration.
Participation Flow: Assets → Voucher Conversion → NetX Ecosystem Assets

🤖AI Burn Acceleration Mechanism & Enhanced Earnings
To recognize the support of participating partners, NetX will introduce a Burn Acceleration Mechanism for GROW, GEON, and TSM within core ecosystem scenarios in future versions of the AI Engineer system.
When users rent AI Engineers,The more $NETX is used to activate AI engineers, the broader its credibility and scope of work will be, which directly impacts the APR and reward potential.
Under this mechanism, holders of GROW, GEON, and TSM will gain exclusive privileges: By burning designated partner tokens, users can further enhance the AI Engineer’s capability level, unlocking higher reward tiers under the same base conditions.
* All figures above are for illustrative purposes only. Actual requirements and APR will be subject to the official release of the iterative version.
* Burn-to-Accelerate is an exclusive benefit for GROW, GEON, and TSM partner tokens; other tokens do not support this feature.
3. Ecosystem Safeguard Mechanisms
To safeguard the long-term sustainability of the NetX ecosystem and its participants, the following framework will be implemented:
Value Protection Mechanism: On-chain liquidity will be continuously monitored to mitigate short-term speculative disruptions. We encourage long-term value discovery and stability.
Stability Buffer Mechanism: If partnered assets are converted into NetX ecosystem assets in the short term (e.g., rapid sell-offs), a protection period will be automatically triggered. To maintain ecosystem stability, the platform will temporarily suspend the asset’s exclusive partnership privileges, with a cooldown period of two months.
Utility Conversion Mechanism:During the protection phase, affected assets will transition from tradable assets to utility-based assets, allowing users to convert them into NetX AI service credits, preserving underlying value.
Dynamic Ecosystem Adjustment: NetX DAO will continuously optimize integration rules, ratios, and parameters based on market conditions and community feedback.
Long-Term Alignment Commitment: NetX prioritizes ecosystem sustainability above all. For behaviors that do not align with long-term ecosystem health, NetX reserves the right to adjust or terminate related access and partnership privileges.
