Accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay in WooCommerce and get paid in crypto, straight to your own wallet.

== Description ==

NexaPay is the no-KYC fiat-to-crypto payment gateway for WooCommerce, built for high-risk businesses. Your customers pay the way they already do, by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and you get paid in crypto, sent straight to your own wallet within minutes.

NexaPay never holds your money. Every payment settles to the wallet address you set in your NexaPay dashboard.

= Why merchants choose NexaPay =

* **Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay** on a fast, secure hosted payment page.
* **Paid in crypto**: stablecoins such as USDC, sent to your own wallet.
* **Chargeback-free**: crypto settlements are final.
* **High-risk friendly**: built for businesses that card processors often turn away.
* **No KYC**: no identity documents to upload.
* **Fits your store**: classic and block checkout, and High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).

= How it works =

1. The customer chooses NexaPay at checkout and goes to NexaPay's secure payment page.
2. They pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
3. NexaPay sends the payment to your wallet in crypto and notifies your store.
4. The order is marked paid automatically.

= Reliable by design =

* Every payment is confirmed with NexaPay before an order is marked paid.
* Orders update automatically, even if a payment notification is delayed.
* Underpaid payments are put on hold for your review.
* A status panel in the settings shows that your store and NexaPay are connected.

= Requirements =

* A NexaPay merchant account on a paid plan, with the account setup completed and an API key. See [plans and pricing](https://nexapay.one/pricing).
* A store currency NexaPay accepts: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, INR or SEK.
* WordPress 6.5 or later, WooCommerce 8.2 or later and PHP 7.4 or later.

== Installation ==

1. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin, search for "NexaPay", then click Install Now and Activate.
2. Create a NexaPay account at [nexapay.one](https://nexapay.one), complete the account setup and set your payout wallet.
3. Copy your API key from API keys in your NexaPay dashboard.
4. In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → NexaPay, paste the API key, tick Enable NexaPay and save.
5. Recommended: create a webhook secret under Settings → Webhooks in your NexaPay dashboard and paste it into the Webhook secret field.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Do I need a NexaPay account? =

Yes. You need a NexaPay merchant account on a paid plan and an API key. Sign up at [nexapay.one](https://nexapay.one).

= What do I receive, and where? =

Crypto, usually a stablecoin such as USDC, sent to the wallet address in your NexaPay dashboard. NexaPay does not hold your funds.

= Do my customers need crypto or a crypto wallet? =

No. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You receive crypto.

= Which store currencies are supported? =

USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, INR and SEK.

= Are card details entered on my website? =

No. Customers enter their payment details on NexaPay's secure payment page.

= Can I refund from WooCommerce? =

No. Payments settle to your own wallet, so refunds are sent from your wallet.

= An order stays "Pending payment" although the customer paid. What should I do? =

Orders update automatically, usually within minutes. If one stays pending, check that your firewall or security plugin does not block requests to `/?wc-api=nexapay_webhook`, or contact [NexaPay support](https://nexapay.one/contact).

= Is there a test mode? =

No. Creating a payment link costs nothing; money only moves when a customer completes a payment. To test, place a small real order.

== External services ==

This plugin connects your store to NexaPay (nexapay.one), the payment service that processes the payments. It cannot work without it.

* **NexaPay API** (`https://nexapay.one/api/v1`), authenticated with your API key. When a customer places an order with NexaPay, the plugin sends the order total and currency, the order number and item names, the customer's billing email address, and your store's return and notification addresses. To keep orders up to date, it also asks NexaPay for the status of payments that are still open. When you save the settings, it checks your API key. Requests include the plugin, WordPress and WooCommerce versions.
* **NexaPay payment page**. Customers are sent to NexaPay's hosted payment page to pay. What they enter there goes to NexaPay and its payment partners, not to your store.

NexaPay's [Terms of Use](https://nexapay.one/legal/terms) and [Privacy Policy](https://nexapay.one/legal/privacy) apply.
